Warranty

We've built our reputation on quality and performance. Mundaka Optic sunglasses are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. Mundaka Optic ski goggles, clothing and other accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. The sales receipt must be provided as proof of purchase. Mundaka Optic's only obligation will be the replacement or repair of products found to be defective by Mundaka Optic's after-sales service. All returns must be sent to the local Mundaka Optic warranty center. Mundaka Optic will pay postage for return shipping if the product is deemed defective. Repairs or replacements of products obtained under this limited warranty are not available for ordinary wear and tear, including scratches or paint chips or any damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification or repairs, accident, heat, improper maintenance or care, improper installation or other irresponsible use.

If the product is considered defective by our after-sales service, we will replace or repair it free of charge. And if the product is not considered defective, we will offer to repair or replace it at a reasonable price.
